I called this shop for help when I had a drive axle issue on my truck. They were very helpful and guided me to Axle Surgeons for the repair. Thanks to their quick support, I was able to get my truck fixed and back on the road the same day.

I wish there was a below-one-star rating. I was about to click it, but the service of this company is absolutely terrible. My radiator was leaking, so I called them to fix it. When they arrived to check it out and give me the price, which was $2,300 to $2,400, I agreed, knowing it was an overcharge. Then, they decided to take the radiator from the dealer. Brian texted me multiple times from the dealer repeatedly to make sure I wanted to change the radiator. I kept saying yes, bringing it, and telling him to change it. I had a lot of work to do and needed to move on. When he finally came and changed the radiator, he charged me $2,627.33, and I didn’t even ask why. Guess what? After I started driving and stopped to fuel I noticed oil dripping from the radiator area while I was at the fuel pump. I sent him a video of the leak and where it was coming from, but he never responded. I called him, but he never answered. I checked it out with two mechanics, and they both said it was because I had changed the coolant radiator, and the mechanic who had done it wasn’t careful. I called Brian, and he finally answered my call. I explained the whole situation and said take a load to this area

Stellar Repair 8 months ago

ad a very disappointing experience with this repair shop. We agreed on a fixed service price of $565, but the technician was running late and, without my permission, sent someone else from a different company to do the job. When the second person arrived, he tried to charge me $1,070 β€” almost double the agreed price. I refused to pay that amount since it was never discussed or approved. After that, they left my truck blocked on the side of the road, which caused even more inconvenience and stress. Because of this experience, I recommend thinking carefully before using this company’s services. Clear communication and honoring agreed prices are very important, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

The man who fixed me up days ago had to be my VOR when speaking to my boss, and he was thorough. He got all 3 tires and the tire rim fixed and fixed my broken mirror. And since I was on the side of i265N all day long, he even went to Chik-Fil-A and bought me and my children food since we had been there from sunup to sundown. He was a very polite man. Pricey for my boss, but he made sure me and my Lil Brady Bunch were fixed up, and safe to drive. I recommend his service if you ever need your truck fixed. His hospitality sold me.
